Crazy Coaster is an Intamin Multi Inversion Coaster – the updated ‘Rev. B’ version of the layout that made history as Colossus at Thorpe Park in 2002, the first coaster anywhere to manage ten inversions. The revised model stands about ten feet taller than the English original, swaps the chain lift for a faster cable lift, and picks up an extra 8 mph of top speed.

Ten Inversions, One Relentless Sequence
The inversion count comes from a precisely choreographed sequence. Off the 108-foot cable lift, the train dives into a vertical loop, then a cobra roll that flips riders twice, then a double corkscrew – five inversions in the opening act. The layout then settles onto a long straight for its party trick: a quad heartline roll, four slow-motion barrel rolls in a row that leave riders hanging in their restraints, before a final heartline roll brings the tally to ten.
With two 24-seat trains cycling, the ride can push through 1,250 riders an hour – serious throughput for a regional Chinese park.
