This Privacy Policy describes how GTStudios LLC (“ThrillZing”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the ThrillZing mobile application and website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — your name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and any profile information, bio, avatar, banner, favorite parks, or interests you choose to add.
  • Content — posts, photos and videos, comments, reactions, ride and visit logs, and the parks, coasters, stadiums, or music venues you tag, follow, or save.
  • Communications — messages you send us, including support requests and reports of objectionable content.

Information collected automatically

  • Location — with your permission, approximate or precise location to surface nearby parks and venues and to measure ride speed and altitude. You can enable or disable this at any time in your device settings.
  • Motion & sensor data — with your permission, device motion (accelerometer/gyroscope) to measure g‑forces during rides.
  • Device & usage data — device type and operating system, app version, IP address, log data, and in‑app activity used for security, diagnostics, and to improve the Service.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — on our website we may use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features (feeds, maps, ride tracking, search).
  • Personalize your experience and content.
  • Keep the community safe — review reports, enforce our Terms, and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)

Where applicable, we process personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Service), your consent (e.g., location and motion access), and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and map/imagery providers), under obligations to protect your data.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access, edit, or delete content at any time in the app.
  • Delete your account — Profile → Delete Account permanently removes your account, posts, comments, and reactions, and releases your email address.
  • Report and block — report objectionable content and block abusive users from within the app.
  • Permissions — control location, motion, camera, and notification access in your device settings.
  • Privacy requests — depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. California Privacy Rights

California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. 7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de‑identify your personal data, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud‑prevention purposes.

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
