Universal also extends Early Park Admission (up to one hour before official opening) to Epic Universe, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay for Helios Grand guests, plus free transportation to CityWalk and the other parks and delivery of resort purchases straight to your room.
One catch worth knowing before you book: unlike Universal’s other premier-tier hotels (Portofino Bay, Hard Rock, Royal Pacific), Helios Grand does not include free Universal Express Unlimited access, even though its room rates sit in premier territory.
