The Trapdoor Launch
In its current form, riders step one at a time into a launch chamber at the top of the tower. Without warning beyond the countdown, the trapdoor under your feet snaps open and you free-fall into the near-vertical chute, riding gravity down to the long braking run. Two parallel lanes let friends drop side by side — the park pitches it explicitly as a challenge ride. The minimum rider height is 140 cm, the strictest requirement in the park.
A Lake Garda Institution
Caneva Aquapark in Lazise, part of the CanevaWorld Resort alongside the Movieland film park, has cycled through names over the decades — Aqua Paradise among them — while its white-sand Caribbean theming and the Stukas towers stayed constant.
