What’s new for 2026
Two haunted mazes debut this year. Infestation, presented by Snickers, puts you inside a condemned home overrun by spiders, roaches and mutant vermin. Finklestein’s House of Fun, presented by Skittles, is a twisted fun house full of warped mirrors and sinister clowns.
Two scare zones are also new. The Dreadwell Brothers Carnival of Curiosities fills part of the park with eerie carnival attractions, and Nevermore is a domain of towering raven creatures. The park also adds a new live show featuring break-dancing zombies, and a Fright Fest Eats & Treats food lineup that includes blood bag drinks and mocktails.
Haunted houses and scare zones
Five mazes are listed for 2026. Alongside the two new ones, Camp Slasher (presented by M&M’s) returns, and the park brings back mazes based on SAW and The Conjuring Universe. Each maze is a walk-through with its own admission requirement, covered below.
The five scare zones roam the midway after dark: Dreadwell Brothers Carnival of Curiosities, Nevermore, Disciples of the Beast, Rockville’s Festival of Fright and The Rotted Ones. Live shows round out the lineup, including Dr. Fright’s Dead Man’s Party and The Awakening. Show names and stage times can change, so confirm them in the park app on the day.
Daytime and family activities
Tricks & Treats is the family version of the season. It runs on the same weekends as Fright Fest and is aimed at guests with younger children, with trick-or-treating, costume contests and character meet-and-greets. Check the park calendar for the exact days and hours.
Scare content does not start until dusk, so daytime visitors can ride and enjoy the fall food without the horror element. Note that costumes and face coverings are not allowed for guests at Fright Fest.
Tickets, passes and Fast Lane
Pricing is dynamic and varies by night, so treat these as starting prices. A Fright Fest Bundle, which pairs park admission with maze access, starts at $69. A single-night Haunted Attractions Pass starts at about $30, and an All-Season Haunted Attractions Pass starts at $69. The park also sells an Express upgrade for priority maze entry.
