Autonomous vehicle service Zoox has moved its Las Vegas robotaxi operation from free testing to paid rides after roughly two years of complimentary trips. Signed Copies of Joe Rohde’s New Book Coming to Disney Store
Disney Imagineer Joe Rohde’s book “Floating Mountains: The Art of Imagining the Impossible” will get a limited signed-copy release on Disney Store’s website on August 17, the Monday after D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event 2026 wraps. The book’s title nods to the floating mountains of Pandora – The World of Avatar, and it’s set for a wider release on September 8, 2026, according to WDW News Today.

Kubota, Mitsui Fudosan Unveil Osaka Arena Redevelopment
Machinery maker Kubota has signed a basic agreement with Mitsui Fudosan and Kansai Electric Power’s real estate arm to redevelop Kubota’s roughly 24,000-square-meter former Osaka headquarters into a mixed-use district anchored by a multi-purpose arena. The venue, provisionally named Kubota LaLa Arena, is planned to seat about 12,500 and open in 2032 or later alongside a hotel and retail complex, per Coliseum.

Dave Matthews Band Reveals 2026 Fall Tour Dates
Dave Matthews Band will open its 2026 fall tour November 4 at the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin, with stops including Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Chicago’s United Center, Providence’s Amica Mutual Pavilion, and Baltimore’s CFG Bank Arena. The run closes with a two-night stand at Madison Square Garden on November 12-13. A Warehouse Fan Association presale is underway now, with general tickets going on sale Friday, August 21, according to Pollstar.
Fuerza Regida’s Stadium Trek Grosses $47.2 Million
Fuerza Regida’s “This Is Our Dream” stadium tour wrapped its first leg August 7 at Citi Field after selling out all eight stadium dates, grossing $47.2 million from 330,228 tickets. The Mexican música quintet’s Dodger Stadium show alone drew nearly 50,000 fans for $9.2 million, its top-grossing headline date and one of a short list of shows to sell out that venue. Pollstar reports a second leg in arenas and amphitheaters has already been announced.
AEG Presents Partners With Japan’s Creativeman Productions
AEG Presents has struck a strategic partnership with Creativeman Productions, the Tokyo promoter founded in 1990 behind festivals including Summer Sonic, Sonicmania, and Loud Park. The deal is expected to expand AEG’s AXS ticketing platform in Japan, building on AXS’s existing partnership with Lawson Entertainment. IQ Magazine notes AEG Presents COO Shawn Trell said the two companies’ visions align closely.
