The 67-story tower holds 3,644 rooms and suites with mid-century modern styling and Strip or mountain views. The casino spans 173,000 square feet with roughly 1,300 slot machines and 128 table games, among the largest gaming floors on the Strip. Outside, a six-acre pool district with seven pools anchors the resort, including LIV Beach dayclub and poolside dining, with the 2026 pool season kicking off in March.
Lapis Spa covers 55,000 square feet with 44 treatment rooms, and the resort also runs 550,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, making it a draw for both leisure travelers and conference groups.

BleauLive Theater, a 3,800-seat, Live Nation-operated venue, has hosted residencies including Marc Anthony’s intimate one-man show, with additional acts booked at the Azul venue like the mentalist duo MIND2MIND. LIV nightclub (50,000 sq ft) is one of the Strip’s marquee nightlife rooms. Dining spans roughly 36 restaurants and bars, including Papi Steak, Komodo, Mother Wolf, Don’s Prime, and the 12-seat omakase counter ITO. The resort also opened the Hall of Excellence sports museum in June 2025, plus about 35 retailers across 96,500 square feet.
