Disney Jollywood Nights 2026 Character Lineup Revealed
Disney’s Hollywood Studios kicked off its nightly holiday party, Disney Jollywood Nights, on Nov. 7, and two fan-site guides have laid out this year’s character lineup. New additions include Monsters, Inc.’s George Sanderson and Needleman, while Mike Wazowski returns after sitting out last year, according to WDWNT. Returning favorites spread across the park include Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge’s Life Day Chewbacca, Max Goof as Powerline, the Rescue Rangers, and Santa Duffy, per Attractions Magazine. The asterisk is a deliberately dry joke about how often Disney attractions get a seasonal overlay. Zoo Atlanta Debuts Giant Pandas Ping Ping and Fu Shuang
Zoo Atlanta debuted its two new giant pandas, Ping Ping and Fu Shuang, on Nov. 6 inside the newly renovated $6 million Arthur M. Blank Panda Grove, according to Fox 5 Atlanta. The pair, born in 2020 at a breeding facility in China, arrived in Atlanta in September and completed a mandatory quarantine before their public debut. Their arrival comes under a new 10-year loan agreement with the China Wildlife Conservation Association, making Zoo Atlanta one of just three U.S. zoos currently housing giant pandas. The new habitat follows a broader push among accredited zoos to invest in major conservation exhibits, like Odisha’s Nandankanan Zoological Park.
